INGREDIENTS OF COLD COFFEE

Ingredients for Glass
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoon coffee
  • 2 tablespoon vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoon fresh cream
  • 4 Ice cubes

Ingredients and their Substitutions

  • Coffee: especially instant coffee, is a must in our home. Since we don’t drink a lot of coffee, it’s not just convenient for us and a terrific taste enhancer to add to chocolate sweets, but it’s also more shelf-stable. You can substitute a decoction of filter coffee if you’d like to.
  • Sugar: Use sugar or another sweetener to your taste. I used regular granulated sugar, but you could also use brown sugar, powdered jaggery, cane sugar, or coconut sugar.
  • Milk: For the richest, creamiest flavor, use whole or full-fat milk. Use your preferred plant-based option to transform this into a dairy-free milkshake if you choose.
  • Vanilla ice cream is a simple, popular taste, but don’t feel constrained by it. Utilize chocolate ice cream.

HOW TO MAKE COLD COFFEE

1. Add 1.5 tablespoons of instant coffee to a small bowl.
2. Include 1/4 cup of warm or barely hot water. With a spoon, thoroughly combine.
3. Next, transfer this mixture to a blender container.
4. Add sugar to taste, up to 4 tablespoons. Coffee, warm water, and sugar can be put right into the blender jar if you’d rather reduce the number of dishes.
5. Blend for one minute, or until the coffee solution is foamy and slightly lighter in color.
6. Lastly, add 4 to 5 cubes of tiny ice.
7. Add 1 or 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
8. Add 2.5 cups of cold milk.
9. Continue blending until everything is thoroughly combined and the top has a lovely froth.
10.Pour into glasses.
11. Leave room for the ice cream scoops on top.
12. Add one or two ice cream scoops to the top of each glass.
It’s time to serve your coffee shake with ice cream!

Optional Changes:

  • Eliminate the dairy. Choose a dairy- and ice-cream-free alternative.
  • Decaf it up. Use espresso, brewed coffee, or decaffeinated instant coffee.
  • Increase taste. You can flavor your frozen coffee shake with any flavor syrup, such as chocolate, caramel, almond, or hazelnut.
  • Include protein. By adding a scoop of your chosen protein powder or a piece of silken tofu, you may give your Frappuccino a little extra weight.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp coffee
  • 2 tbsp icecream
  • 2 cup milk
  • 4 cubes ice
  • 1 tbsp fresh cream

Instructions

  • Heat up 1/4 cup milk in a pan or microwave. Add instant 1 & 1/2 to 2 tablespoons instant coffee to it. You can adjust the amount of coffee powder to taste and how strong coffee you prefer.
  • Add in 3 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste). You can add more or less depending on the sweetness you prefer.
  • Using a spoon or whisk, mix everything together. Since the milk is hot, the coffee and sugar will dissolve easily.
  • Your sweet coffee mix is now ready to be added to the blender. You can also straight away use 1/4 cup of a strong filter coffee decoction or espresso shot.
  • To your blender, now add 2 cups chilled milk. I have used whole milk here. Also add 3 to 4 ice cubes (optional).
  • Add the prepared coffee-sugar mix into the blender. At this point, you can use add vanilla ice cream if you want.
  • Close the lid and blend for few seconds until everything is mixed together and the coffee is frothy.
  • Transfer to glasses and serve immediately. You can pour some chocolate syrup in the glasses and chill for 15 minutes before pouring the coffee in glasses. The foam will settle down after a while so this is best enjoyed immediately especially if you like frothy coffee.
